Pastured Broilers For Sale

Family and friends,

As many of you know, I spent the month of May in Virginia working at Buxton farm with the Murphy family. I also had the privilege of visiting Polyface several times. I am excited about using that model here in Whatcom Country to raise good food to sell. I am planning on starting next spring with pastured broiler chickens and hopefully soon to follow with free range eggs and grass fed beef.

Depending on the response I receive, I'm considering raising a few broilers this summer to sell. If you or a friend are interested, please let me know. These will be the Cornish Cross on pasture and fed organic feed. I'll be selling them for $3.50 lb. Feet, hearts and livers may also be available. Tentative processing date is October 2nd.
